Missouri

We went to Missouri and stayed at our uncle’s house. 
We also went camping for two nights. The first night at the camp we went on inner tubes on the Meramec river for one mile. The next day we went kayaking and canoeing for ten miles on the Courtois creek. When we were kayaking, a snake almost jumped on my boat, it looked like a copperhead snake but we couldn’t tell. If it jumped onto my boat I would have jumped out of the boat. On Friday we went in the Cathedral Cave. We saw some amazing things there, for instance, huge stalagmites, and stalactites.
On Saturday we went to city museum In St. Louis and it was very fun, we also went to the firework show at 9:30 where the fireworks were huge.
On Sunday we went to the lantern festival at the Botanical Gardens. There was an acrobat show where  there was a fire breather, a person who could change masks lighting fast, four people who could balance China bowls on sticks and spin ropes with China bowls attached to them without breaking them. There were also two people who could throw themselves in the air and land on each other.  At Uncle Bill’s house, we also did Nerf wars. I was with Uncle Bill and his awesome Nerf gun, but we lost to Dad, Will, and Brady. Matthew was alone, but he still had an advantage, just cause he’s so good!

The trip was great, but the drive there was boring. I hope I get to go there again.
